Solution Capabilities
Technova Industries is equipped with full-fledged in-house Tool Room to manufacture Press Tools, Moulds, Insert Moulds for Thermoset and Thermoplastic Applications, including the manufacture of Jigs, Fixtures and SPMs. We are also specialized in SMD components used in magnetics
We have Injection moulding machines ranging from 55T – 120T vertical and 60T – 150T Horizontal totalling of 11 machines with 4 machines capable of moulding thermoset and thermoplastic. Our press shop comprising of a high-speed press of 30T and mechanical presses up to 100T.
Thermoplastic
Delivering high-quality, complex thermoplastic parts & components manufactured in any volume.
Materials: PC, ABS, PPS, Stanyl, LCP, Nylon and other Engineering Plastics.

Thermoset
Providing robust & superior quality thermoset parts that can withstand any temperature.
Materials: Phenol formaldehyde of many types Melopose, DAP and Unsaturated polyesters.

Insert Moulding
1. Plastic Materials:
Thermoplastic: PC, ABS, PPS, Stanyl, LCP and Nylon.
Thermoset: Phenol formaldehyde of many types Melopose, DAP and Unsaturated polyesters.
2. Inserts: CRCA, Brass, Copper and Phospher Bronze.
Min Thickness: 0.4mm
Precision Press
Making Inserts out of Copper, Brass, CRCA, assembled parts like Resistors, Connectors, etc. Also, we can create SPMs for post processing like separation, auto marking and testing.
Min Thickness: 0.3mm with progressive components tooling.
